According to Public Relations and International Affairs of Qeshm Free Zone Organization, Ali Askari stated: The plan consists of 20 clauses, designed to improve service delivery, and provide customer satisfaction to this organization.
Referring to the holding of the first meeting of the plan, he added: The course of honor the client will be held for several consecutive sessions by the end of the year.
Askari added that these training sessions include topics such as personality, professional ethics, effective communication, and customer orientation.
Human Resources Directorate of Qeshm Free Zone Organization considered the reverence and satisfaction of the client as one of the important organizational issues and said: Participation of all employees is essential in order to achieve the transcendental goals of the organization in order to reward the client.
It is worth mentioning that the first training course on honoring clients was held at Qeshm International Center on Thursday, December 13th, with the presence of more than 60 chairpersons, experts and officials of Qeshm's Free Zone Organization offices.
